Fog Classic Crew
This soft, breathable studio staple features compression arch support and our proprietary non-slip grip design that's made to stick.
Our organic cotton blend incorporates silver ions, which provide natural antimicrobial properties that help reduce odors and bacterial growth. It's also been combed with brushes to remove the shorter, weaker fibers, leaving it softer and more durable than traditional cotton.
Each pair features a label detail on the outer ankle. They're the perfect length - not too short and not too long - hitting in between a standard crew and ankle sock.
Fits US women's size 5-10 or US men's size 4-9.
Composition: 75% combed organic cotton, 20% recycled polyester, 5% spandex.
Our organic cotton is grown without synthetic chemicals and uses less water than conventional cotton. Recycled polyester reduces waste and carbon emissions by approximately 30% compared to virgin polyester.
Care instructions: To preserve the grip, turn socks inside out and wash on a cold, gentle cycle. Air dry to finish. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.
All of our products are OEKO-TEX® certified, which means our materials have been rigorously tested and are free of toxic chemicals
For each order, we donate a pair of socks to women's shelters in Los Angeles
All products are shipped in biodegradable packaging

Frequently Asked Questions
Without proper cleaning, studio equipment can harbor more bacteria than a public toilet seat (>1,000,000 CFU of bacteria/sq. in. on the average reformer!)
When you sweat, microbes on your feet and shared surfaces accumulate in your socks, which can create foot odors and spread fungal infections like ringworm or athlete’s foot.
Silver is naturally antimicrobial, known for it’s ability to fight over 600+ types of bacteria. Fraise® grip sock fabrications incorporate silver ions to eliminate odor-causing bacteria, prevent infections, and maintain hygiene in high-traffic spaces.
Silver ions are positively charged. They attract negatively charged bacteria & pathogens and puncture their protective layers. Once inside, silver binds to cell DNA and other critical proteins and enzymes to damage and inhibit their functions. This eliminates these unwanted guests and prevents them from spreading common infections like warts, staph, and ringworm.
Yes. Think of silver like hand sanitizer: it eliminates bacteria, but doesn't remove the physical dirt and grime on the surface. Washing your socks regularly helps remove dust, sweat, and anything else that might build up on your grips and reduce their stickiness.
Repeated washing releases some silver, but has little effect on the antimicrobial properties of the sock, since extremely little silver is required to prevent bacterial growth (concentrations as low as ~10-50ppm have shown to be sufficient to achieve a 99.9% reduction in common bacteria like E. coli or S.aureus).
For workouts like Pilates which may require extra stability, prioritize a snug fit. If the grip sock is too loose, your foot will slide inside the sock, which can cause slippage and potential injury. A closer fit ensures the grip stays aligned with your foot, preventing bunching or slipping during your movement. If you are between sizes or on the cusp, we always recommend sizing down.
